Seoul Dal in Yeouido Park is a tethered balloon that rises straight up to 130 m on helium, then comes back down. Right now, it’s the only way in central Seoul to see the city lights from mid-air. The observatory’s standard adult fare is ₩26,000. It runs 10:00–22:30 on weekdays and 10:00–23:00 on weekends and holidays, with entry until 30 minutes before closing. Unlike Seoul Dal, there’s no time limit — so the classic move is to go up 30 minutes before sunset and catch daylight, magic hour, and the night view in one visit. Under 36 months is free.
